The product

A personalised picture book: 24 illustrated spreads (48 pages), 21 × 21 cm (8.3 in square), matte softcover, thick uncoated paper. The book is made from the child's name you type, the look you choose and your dedication. You see the whole book on the website before ordering; we print the same book you read here.

The name is printed exactly as you type it. Check the spelling before you order.

Ordering and the contract

You place the order by paying in the Stripe payment form. The contract is made when we receive your payment; we then send a confirmation by e-mail. If we cannot fulfil an order, we tell you and refund the full amount.

Only adults may order.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the page next to the book and in the payment form, including VAT where it applies. Shipping is free within the European Union; elsewhere it is shown at checkout before you pay. Stripe takes the payment by card or the other methods offered in the form.

Delivery

We print the book and send it within 2 working days of payment. Delivery then takes 4–5 working days within the European Union and usually 2–3 weeks to the United States. We ship to the address you give; the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you named, receive the parcel.

Cancellation and returns

The book is made to your specification and clearly personalised, so it cannot be returned or cancelled once it has been printed. For consumers in the European Union this is the exception in Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you made a typo in the name or the dedication, or want to cancel, write to [email protected] as soon as you can: until the book has gone to print we fix or cancel it free of charge and refund you.

Quality and our guarantee

If the book arrives damaged or isn't the book you read on the website, we reprint it free of charge. Write to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving it and attach a photo. This does not limit the rights you have by law for goods that are not as described.

Intellectual property

The illustrations, the story and the website's content belong to UAB „Ros albus“. Ordering gives you the printed book for personal use; no rights in the illustrations or the text are transferred.

Disputes

Write to us first; most things are sorted at once. Consumer disputes can be taken to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lt); EU consumers can also use the European Consumer Centre in their country. Lithuanian law applies; this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
